Spring Menu Launch: Cherry Blossom Latte & Lavender Cold Brew

Every spring we look forward to building a menu that feels like the season. This year we went with two drinks that capture what we love about Portland in March.

The Cherry Blossom Latte uses house-made cherry syrup from Willamette Valley fruit, steamed oat milk, and a light dusting of freeze-dried cherry powder. It tastes like a warm afternoon in Waterfront Park.

The Lavender Cold Brew starts with our 20-hour cold brew and adds a touch of lavender-honey syrup. We source the lavender from a small farm in Hood River. It is floral without being soapy — that balance took us four test batches to get right.

Both drinks are available through April or until the syrups run out. We make everything in small batches, so if you want to try them, sooner is better than later.
